Downstairs replacement of baseboards of center island & pantry baseboards.
These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. "Tree roots had lifted the wall to where it was cracked in several places and literally had finally fallen down in one section.  Rigid Masonry cleared all of the debris, redesigned and rebuilt the wall (and installed a steel plate about 2" above the root).  I did not contract them to repaint the wall.  I'm very happy with the results.  The crew was incredibly friendly and did a pretty thorough job of cleaning up afterwards.  So far there have been no issues.  I'm sure I could have paid less with another company but I really don't think a lower price would have gotten me a properly built, structurally sound wall.  The expense was well worth it and I strongly urge those who have masonry needs to give them a call.
