"Everything went very well. They arrived when scheduled and finished that same day. Dumpster arrived a day or two in advance and was picked up the day after they did the work. The area around the house was kept clean the entire time. Everyone was very professional on the crew. Bryon (owner) contacted me about a week before the scheduled work day to find out where we wanted the dumpster located and other specifics. We wanted to keep the old turbine-style vents that they were replacing with a ridge vent, so he was happy to leave them for us. Answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure to work with him. As for the price, we had another quote that was 5 times higher ($24,000), and 2 other quotes that were between $6,000-6,500 . Yakesh was the lowest and one of the best warranties as well. We got a 50 year warranty on the products from Owens-Corning and 50 year labor warranty from Yakesh. Couldn't beat that deal!"
