The old rubberized roof was pulled off and a new one put in place but we were disappointed at first with the results, seeing some water still collecting in one area. When we informed the company, they sent their engineer out to investigate. What was needed, he decided, was guttering that had previously not been present. The work was performed at no extra cost to us, and we are now happy with the results."

"One side of our gas fireplace chase/chimney had partially rotted out due to improper flashing at the junction of the sloped roof and the chase. This had allowed water to enter through the vinyl siding and saturate the OSB sheathing underneath. The guys from BRR did an exceptionally good job of removing the old siding and OSB and replacing it with new of both. They also installed a new chase/chimney cover which I had purchased ahead of time. The were very professional in everything they did, going above and beyond what others may have done to make sure things were done right so that the problem doesn't repeat itself."

Within a few days, a large crew of roofers removed the old roofing on my ​house and garage and installed a beautiful new roof on both.
