"Other than the sadness of losing such a magnificent tree that we planted 28 years ago, it was an outstanding experience. From the initial contact (a friend suggested we call Dennis), we were impressed. He was extremely professional: prompt, detailed in his estimate, and provided documentation of his insurance. Our poor live oak tree was next to our house (approximately 9' away from our bedroom window), at the edge of the septic drain field, and in a heavily landscaped yard. The crew climbed and roped the entire tree, limb by limb. Because of the location hey were not able use heavy equipment and were very careful not to damage the driveway or landscaping. Dennis assured us that they would leave everything as they found it - minus the tree - and he was a man of his word!
We will DEFINITELY have him do any future tree work! We have used numerous folks in the past, but all have had to use heavy equipment. Because of the professionalism, extremely fair price (we got three estimates) and particularly because of their ability to climb and rope, we will have DTS do all of our tree work in the future.
