"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"<p>They first came out in December to replace our old and leaky water heater which we inherited from the previous owner a month prior. They did an okay job it was way overpriced and the techs seemed very rude and unhappy to be there, that's fine everyone has a bad day. Fast forward to June 14th when we were having another set of plumbing issues fixed by another company and they noticed there was leaking from the valves on the water heater. We thought this odd since all the piping was replaced at the time of the water heater. I called the following day and they told me someone would be out within 24 hours. The tech arrived on time but was incredibly unfriendly and rude and made it seem like I inconvenienced him to come out and do his job (pretty positive it's the same guy that installed it in the first place). Then he said he had to run out and get the part 10 minutes after he first got there, he was gone an hour and by the time he finished working on the issue it was a total of 2.5 hours. I have to be honest I have never seen anyone function as slowly as this man did, he literally took his time as molasses. I will not be using this company ever again and will not recommend it. Obviously being in business for as long as they have has gone straight to their heads oh and they had the audacity to charge me $100 for labor...complete ridiculousness.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Update: I called into the office and complained about the labor charge and I did have a pleasant woman call me back and state that in fact this was a warranty issue and that she would shred my check. I'm bumping the overall score a grade because of this as they recognized their mistake however only after I had initiated contact. <br /> <br /> </p>"
