"Crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job (no asphalt "oopsies"), left our project clean, and so far (2 months) the slurry is holding up better than expected compared to previous slurry jobs we've had completed. Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same."

"We purchased a new home in the Crenshaw Manor/ West Adams / Leimert Park area and hired Shenon to handle a whole range of home renovation needs prior to us moving in. The main focus was a full kitchen and bathroom remodel. However, they handled many other jobs large and small, including a full electrical re-wiring and upgrade, carpet install in the bedrooms, new door installs (both interior and exterior), interior and exterior painting, stucco repair, several window replacements, recessed lighting installation, and an entire brand new HVAC system installation. Our only disappointment was that we didn't have enough money to replace all the windows we wished to do. Tom, Marcelo and the crew were respectful and professional at all times. Our neighbors also made comment about how courteous they were, which we found great considering the crew was working on the house for months. We made several adjustment and changes along the way and Tom was always great about accommodating our requests. In fact, the project was still turned around on time and on budget, even after we made some changes. That was great because we were about to welcome our second child and time was of the essence. They met the deadline they promised! The company was up front about pricing and billing and the one time we noticed a minor discrepancy it was handled quickly. We're very pleased with all the work and Shenon has been great about coming back to handle minor things that need attention, and even installing a kitchen item that was extremely late to be delivered. All in all, we can't wait to hire Shenon again."

"First and foremost, Pete and his crew are all good guys, courteous, pleasant to talk with, and very hard working. No doubt about it, they know their stuff! Their concrete work is second to none. The finished product is some of the best I've seen. There were two minor issues. One, they damaged a Honeysuckle that was goring over the water spigot trying to access the water spigot. Partly my fault, Knowing how much water it takes for concrete finishing work, I should have pointed it out on the first day. I had to hack down almost all of bush/vines to free the wire trestle to bend the trestle back into shape. Also while they were rooting around for the hose bib they knocked off of the control box for my auto-watering system. A quick reconnect of the control box and all was well. The Honeysuckle has recovered nicely. So... Initially frustrating, in the long run, no harm. Two is he quoted me $3,800.00 for the job. On the day before the pour he told me he ordered a higher grade of concrete and asked for $200.00 more. Now, from my perspective (both professionally and personally) an additional 5.5% on a change order is not unexpected and reasonable so I said fine, no problem. That ate the tip I had planned on giving them anyway so it didn't cost me any more than I planned. And I got a concrete pad I can park an M1A2 Abrams on should the need arise. I highly recommend them. In fact, when I can afford it, I will call Pete back to do my driveway... This time I'll show him where the hose bib is from the front. :-)"
