The technician Gary from Select Masonry&Construction that was sent out did a great job he was able to detect the issue and get it repaired as he walked us through the whole process. He did a full chimney inspection as well and was able to solve the problem and serviced our chimney too on the same visit. Since then it has rained a few times and thereâ s no more leaks, the problem was solved at a reasonable cost as well as very professional work overall. We had to have all of our plywood changed and some of our rafters changed. Our small roof sections by our back porch and window were to be changed over with new shingles only in the contract. After they ripped off the old shingles, it was discovered that we had rotted wood and cedar shake. Achilles changed all that out with new plywood at no additional cost. During the project done of my new gutters were dented. I talked to Achilles about it and he came out and fixed it.
