They offered to put down some extra protection on the pet stains, and I agreed, but it ended up costing $20 cash (not invoiced) and all it was was something that they sprayed over the area with a plastic spray bottle. I don't think that part of it was on the up and up. Also, once the carpet was dry and we checked out the job, it turned out that they didn't move any furniture too clean underneath. I think we got scammed a bit!"

"After a few consultations with Shelly from Carpet Connections, she gave us a date as to when our carpet would be shipped from the carpet mill. She called when it was ready to be installed and we set up a date for the installers to come to install the carpet. That date came and we had two very nice gentlemen come and install the carpet in our basement. They worked hard all day and were very pleasant. When the job was done they cleaned up all the little loose carpet pieces and even vacuumed our new carpeting! It was ready for furniture to be moved on to it. Really nice work and we are so pleased with the way everything turned out. We are going to use Shelly for our main floor hardwood floors that need to be replaced as well as the carpet for our upstairs. Shelly is a very knowledgeable and professional person to deal with.
