"Our original siding was 34 years old. They stripped it off in a few hours and replaced it with perfectly installed James Hardie fiber cement siding and trim. We now have a brand new house! Ernest and everyone we had contact with from GS were very patient, service oriented, and concerned for our satisfaction. We would recommend them unconditionally."

"We had our siding and gutters replaced to include gutter guards as we have leaf season rather than fall. From start to finish this was the easiest renovation we've ever had done. We never had to make a phone call for any updates. The siding crew and gutter crew were awesome! They all worked hard and were very friendly and informative. The siding was completely finished in two days and the gutters in one. The project manager Jahleel was great with updates and checking on the crew's work. Super nice person!! We would enthusiastically recommend Home Genius for any exterior renovations."

"I strongly recommend this company for new siding or siding replacement. The service they provided was prompt and first-rate. I was especially pleased with the quality of product and the installation. Their attention to detail was superb and nothing was left unfinished when the job was over. We couldn't be happier with the improvement of the appearance of our home. Excellent!"

"Great siding company for full house siding replacement. Large, efficient crew will make your home look great! More importantly, they are trained by the manufacturers for proper installation. Highly recommend!"

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. We would recommend them to others & if we needed additional work, we would definitely call Home Genius Exteriors."

"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Has not been completed yet but they have been great so far. Justin was awesome and showed up when he said he would. The other pros we contacted did not show up or canceled us for something else. We felt seen and heard through K & H. Like we were a priority."

"After 22 years it was time for a new roof. I met with at least 9 roofing companies before choosing ISP Roofing and Construction . ISP roofing beat all other bids in so many ways. He is local and was at the job site everyday assuring things were running smoothly, making sure his crew had everything they needed and communicating with me (the home owner) exactly what would be happening. The entire project from tearing off the old roof to replacing a new, class 4 shingle with a high profile ridge, I-living power/solar vents on my roof was completed before dinner that night. I couldnâ t be happier with my new roof, which was finished and the site cleaned up in only 1 day. As a fantastic bonus, I contacted my insurance company about my new roof and received an $1,100 decrease on my policy. I highly recommend Mikeâ s company and his team."

"We are incredibly impressed with 5280 Exterior's work. They replaced our home's existing cedar siding in December with durable, fire-resistant Hardie board siding and trim in the Colorado Mountains. Can't wait for them to come back in the Spring and complete the job to replace our roof and gutters. They are the whole package! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they were professional, communicative, and meticulous. They paid attention to every detail, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. They were also very helpful in suggesting solutions and offering advice. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable, skilled contractor that provides competitive pricing, excellent service, and quality home exterior work."
