"Couldn't recommend Mark enough. We were stuck in a pickle and needed our floors done in a short time frame. Mark was completely booked out for weeks but worked to squeeze us in. Mark was was extremely professional. He was thorough in his initial review of the home and the different services he offered. Throughout the process he would provide regular updates so we knew how things were progressing. The floors look absolutely amazing. Before he worked his magic there was 30+ years of dirt and wear and tear. After Mark completed everything, the floor looked brand new. I cannot speak highly enough about Marks work and professional."

"Quality work, laminate flooring install looks great!"

"I would highly recommend Royal Surfaces. They refinished our main floor and installed additional wood flooring in our house. They took extra time to make sure we picked a color that we would like. They were very professional in working with several aspects, including working around a fireplace, our stair spindles, and the overall space prep. They did a 5-star job in every aspect of the job."

"He is showed on time every day. He’s working hard very diligent. It’s turned out exactly how I want my project. Finished on time all my floors. He’s honest and good worker. I definitely hire him if I need next project. My husband and I very happy he worked for us."

"The owner, Dan, followed up every step of the way. The quote process was thorough. The price quote was the best we found, but it was not low for cutting corners. Dan managed expectations and brought in excellent crews for the various project phases. Our floors came out perfectly. This was a large project with over 1k SF to install, lace and finish/refinish. We showed the floors to a neighbor today and they were blown away. Projects like this will encounter an issue or two. Dan resolved those with expedience. Will hire again."

"Complete flooring did a beautiful job. The crew led by David were friendly and worked hard to get the job done on time! We appreciated their communication throughout the process, and their skill in sanding, adding an additional room with wood flooring, integrating the existing floor with the new floor in the dining room. Adam, the owner was knowledgeable in every aspect and helpful throughout. The quote we received included removing the furniture and then replacing after the floors were finished. So glad we were introduced to Adam and the crew through Angie’s list! Highly recommend this team! Dave and Debby Anderson, Centennial"

"Wes is a great guy to work with. Always answers the phone, shows up when he says he will, cares about the quality of his work, and does a fantastic job. He's the only company I'll use for flooring!"

"David was great to work with. Professional, timely, considerate, knowledgeable, communicative, and nice. He talked me through every step of the process, went over a lot of different options, and we landed on the best option for me and my budget. His prices were very reasonable, and he was very knowledgeable. He made recommendations and saw things that other contractors overlooked. He even got hardwood supplied right away, when other contractors told me it would take 3 months. Most importantly, his finished product was top notch. Beautiful stain, matched perfectly to the other hardwoods in the house. I'm very meticulous, and his detail work was high quality. Cuts were precise, edges were seamless. He finished ahead of schedule, and left the place cleaner than he found it. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to refinish or install new hardwood floors."

"Did great work replacing a storm door and an exterior door for us - they look and work great, he even came back out six months later to make adjustments at no cost when one of them shifted a little with the weather."

"Our home needed most of the wood-based trim to be replaced, and both the home and the standalone 4 car garage needed paint. Candace was a pleasure working with during the contracting and execution of the project, and helped us select a color that we are very happy with. Gio replaced all of the home trim with Hardiboard. I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. We love the results, and no longer need to worry about exterior water damage."
