"This was a relatively small job to repair some siding after it was damaged when a new roof was installed, as well as install an attic vent. I went through the roof installation company as well as another contractor and both of them did a terrible job, and had some unprofessionalism. I was starting to think it might be impossible to find a contractor that takes pride in their work and does it right, rather than concerning themselves with cost and time. Then I found Dan from Monumental Construction and he was everything I thought every contractor should be, and then some. On top of being incredibly professional and friendly, his work was infallible. A contractor that uses siding nails into the intended siding nail slots, rather than using screws to go through the siding - who would have thought? I can't recommend Dan enough, on enough platforms, so prepare to see this review on all of them. I will certainly call Dan for any future roof or siding work."
