They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. They scheduled the work, then called a week ahead of that to come and get it done. They arrived an hour after the appointment, but were watching the radar to make sure there would be no rain. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. "This is the second time we hired J & B Roofing to work on our house. We had 35 year old deteriorated Masonite lap siding. The old siding was removed, a layer of insulation was installed, along with Tyvek House Wrap under the new siding. J & B Roofing supplied many color samples for us to select from. Our house has brick on the lower 1/3 of the front. We had J & B Roofing install vinyl siding that has the appearance of hand split shakes above the bricks to the soffit. We installed vinyl dutch lap siding on the sides and back of the house. The gable ends of the house & garage had the dutch lap installed at the same angle as the roof line. Ever challenge we presented to J & B Roofing was met with the response, "WE CAN DO IT". When the job was completed, once again the entire area was cleaned up of all debris. Whenever we need any repairs, they will be our first call to see if what we need done, they are able to do. We are very satisfied with them and highly recommend their services."

"Twice in the last 6 months I've had issues with my roof. The first was a water leak. I called Matt thinking I needed a new roof. He stopped by my place in Richfield and diagnosed the problem as a faulty piece of flashing and fixed it immediately. The second issue was a section of shingles that was bent back due to high winds.
