The handrail she built and installed in the garage is very sturdy. She repaired my deck posts by replacing inadequate screws/nails with heavy lag bolts. She did a good job correcting the sloppy work done by the home builder (Lennar). I think this is a very trustworthy company and I would certainly use them again."

Even though he could not fix it, Allen was very knowledgeable on why we were having this specific issue and how to fix it the right way. Allen educated us, sent us an email with a references to certified tile setters, how to ask the right questions when picking your tile setter contractor and videos to educate us even further. Allen is a professional, patient and courteous. He could have easily came into our house and said, “I can’t help you” and went on his way. Instead, he spent 20-30 minutes with us.
