Despite some hiccups in the permitting process, Rick made sure we had clarity on the scope, financing and terms and then the guys did a great job building the deck. We had one small cosmetic issue when it was done, and not only did they come out and take a look but offered to make it right immediately with no questions asked. Unfortunately our siding is fairly new so there isn't anything else we can hire Eagle Siding to do but if we ever build a home (or move into one that needs some work) they will be our first call."

"the guy who actually installed the doors was helpful, efficient, and did a really good job, but the cost seemed high to me from the beginning, the installer told me that the owner tended to overprice people for small jobs, and when I went to pay, he called in and said they had jacked up the price for the estimate and were asking for more money. He was upset by this, and said he wouldn't charge me for more than I was quoted, but also asked if I could pay with check instead of credit card so that he wouldn't have to call in again (to get the card approve) because they knew he'd give them a hard time about not getting more money from me. So - individual great; company not trustworthy"

"I am giving my rep, Raul, a 5 star rating. I am about to take the plunge and have my house re-sided for the first time ever! My home is 116 yrs old and has only been painted several times over the original wood. However, paint no longer will fix what is happening underneath, with dry rot, aging, etc., so my only option is to have it re-sided & almost start from scratch. I met with Raul, who is "awesome", to say the least. He is knowledgeable, explains everything to a "T" and is so down-to-earth. My old "farm" house is 2 stories, plus a walk-up attic, so this would have cost me a fortune as there is a lot of "territory" to be covered. It still is going to cost me a fortune, but Raul covered every crook & cranny to cut my costs immensely to make it affordable. I am so grateful for his assistance. What is unusual, representing amazing customer service, is the willingness for the team at HW to come out and address items that cropped well over a year following the installation. These may or may not have been a result of the roof install, but in either event, the team fixed the issues with no question asked."
