"Pacific Coast did this most thorough inspection of the three companies I dealt with. All three companies had a different approach to termite control. One was to do a cursory inspection and offer what is essentially an insurance policy. Another did a better inspection and offered spot treatment and a 3 year warranty. Pacific Coast did a thorough inspection and offered either spot treatments to the obviously infested areas or comprehensive preventative maintenance treatment in addition to the spot treatments. The cost is more expensive than the other companies but the employees inspire confidence in their work."

They moved bookshelves, boxes and furniture to assess the entire basement and clean a dusty landscape. They came quickly after an errant critter, likely unable to escape, was found. We had to phone the company before they began work because the technician was not able to provide details on the pesticides they use. "Amazing customer service - We called to see if they could send someone to help us check for a possible rodent in our laundry room. They sent someone that day to set traps in the room and then an inspector out the next day to take care of the rest. The inspection was very thorough - checked the trap in the laundry room, checked the attic as the entrance is in the laundry room (found rat droppings) and then checked the perimeter of the house for possible entry points. Sheldon helped us do the exclusion that day and set the next trap check appointment. These folks are great and highly recommend!"
