"They repaired, rebuilt and stained our big complicated deck and did and excellent job."

"Super happy with our new deck from Bayside Builders Group. From the initial quote down to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally. The builders were fast, respectful of our property, and clearly knew what they were doing. The finished deck looks amazing and feels built to last. Worth every penny."

"Throughout our project, their general construction services were consistently professional and reliable. They managed every detail flawlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish."

"Moses and his crew came out and replaced some porch railings that had rotted away. The work was beautifully done and the railings are very sturdy. I am very happy with the work. Definitely worth the price."

"Jose was prompt to respond to a bid request. Was not the lowest, but I selected him because of quick turnaround as I needed repairs done to start other work. During his bid, I let him know my near term plans for large scale projects. My hope was to build a long term relationship with a trusted contractor. We even went to look at a neighbors siding replacement that he worked on. Quality of work was overall fair. On the start day, he showed up early and finished on time. We wanted to keep him happy for future work, so we offered to clean up and dispose of any trash. After he left, we noticed that a piece of trim adjacent to a piece he replaced, was inadvertently damaged. Communication was inconsistent. While on site, we found him pleasant to work with, so we asked a couple times for a bid to frame our deck. He only provided an estimate to do the entire deck (frame to finish), so we assumed he did not want to take on a small project. Then, when we noticed the damaged trim, I gave him an opportunity to respond to gauge his communication style if we award him our large scale projects. His response was seriously? I gave you a good deal. I kindly asked if he wanted the opportunity to fix the damage, but his reaction was to blame me and complain that he made no money because materials cost double of what he quoted. Firstly, it is not my fault that estimates were off, and had he told me on the day of the project I would have tried to find an equitable solution to keep him happy. I also never assumed he would fix the damage for free, but he did not give me the opportunity to discuss things with him before reacting. Overall, I am sad because I wanted to build a long term relationship with contractor who is solution oriented. Communication is very important to us. If you have small projects where communication/workmanship is not a big deal, go for it. Read the other feedback and the manner of response and decide for yourself."

"We had them do a full house siding project and it turned out great. The crew worked hard every day, kept things clean, and always let us know what was going on. You can tell they care about doing it right, not just rushing through it. The house looks completely different now and we?ve already had neighbors compliment it. Glad we went with them."

"We love our new deck, and it’s all thanks to SGB. It was a pleasure working with SGB from start to finish. They are communicative, timely, and professional. Most importantly, they stayed within the original quoted price. Can’t wait to work with them again on future projects!"

"Leo and Tony and Able are wonderful and amazing. They installed new shut off valves throughout the house and the main. New P-traps throughout, power washed all my decks and fixed two leaks on the second floor and repaired the ceiling. The most beautiful work was installing a new bathtub and tile surround. Able is an artist! Leo is so fair and honest and his team just works hard every minute they were at my house. Came when they said they would. Gave me updates. Did additional work that I asked them for. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"Vertex has completed more than one project for me but I especially want to mention the amazing job they did replacing the siding on my home. The whole process was smooth, communication was great and they kept everything clean from start to finish. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!"

"This was an usual project. It was redoing a mini bar. Hard to find a contractor that would do it or had the time. Homepro was great lead by project manager Shir Hadad. Jumped right in there and took it on and got the job done. Really appreciate their professionalism."
