He helped to paint the deck/put the rock around the fences, put up the ceiling rack for storage, hung the cabinet in the garage, power wash the exterior, un-clog the drainage. "Armando, did an excellent job replacing the outdated fluorescent kitchen light fixtures, and replaced them with recessive energy efficient lighting. This included re-texturing the raised area as well as a finished coat of painting. Couldn?t be happier with the results!!!"

"Pablo is professional and did the job well. We needed gutters cleaned and the gutter guards replaced. There was a considerable amount of tree debris and actual plants growing in the gutters with lots of dirt! I was concerned about clean up and he assured me they would clean up. He used a helper. Pablo put the debris in large garbage bags but the helper threw dirt, weeds and debris from years of accumulation over the side onto well groomed fern beds, lawn and a wood deck. His clean up was hosing everything down which created a muddy mess. There was no reason the helper couldn't have put the debris in bags to avoid all of this. I spent three or four hours cleaning my yard and carefully tended flower beds. This never should have occurred. The gutter job was A 1 but the clean up left much to be desired."

I contacted the company by email on Tuesday, describing the two small jobs: Install a dog door in an exterior wall, and install a protected outdoor electrical outlet. I was contacted same day, and thrilled they could come the next day (a Wednesday) to view the jobs, and then send me an estimate in 24 hours. I accepted the very reasonable quote and Felipe (owner) and Jonathon were able arrange their schedule to arrive on Friday. One worked on the dog door, one worked on the electrical outlet. Both were kind of tricky due to the house layout. The team was neat, efficient, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. They started work within 10 minutes of arriving, completed and tested their work, cleaned up completely and were gone in about 3 hours. Not just efficient and competent, but very nice guys. I've already requested a quote on another pesky job that has been left undone for quite awhile."
