Their worker came out TWICE for the same issue and today we woke up to a flooded yard once again. Yes, they offered to come out a 3rd time but we simply requested a refund. They denied this request but clearly they did not complete the job if my pipes have busted 3 times in 2 weeks. They claim I?m blackmailing them but I simply just want a refund as I?ve been quoted 1,900 to fix what they couldn?t. We are without water once again while we wait for this job to be completed properly. I rate this company 0/10"
