"DO NOT GIVE A DIME OF YOUR $$$ Evan the owner came out and gave me a solid estimate. Some time went by and I finally was ready on my end so I call him and let him know I was ready and would like to get on the schedule. He sated he was about 3 weeks out at the time. I said no problem and paid the 50% deposit he asked for. Just under $8k down upfront. He said he ordered the metal and would let me know when it was ready. After paying the deposit have not heard a single peep from them. I finally got a text back saying metal would be in and he would be out that next Thursday to start the job. Thursday comes and goes, than Friday, the weekend and the next week. Meanwhile I have called and text countless times and can only reach his assistant that always had a different excuse and would just transfer me to Evans voice-mail. Complete joke of a company and trying to scam people out of hard earned $. Thankfully I put the deposit on a card and just disputed it to get mine back. Stay clear"

"While buying a home in Sun City West our inspection reported that attic had blown insulation blocking all the soffit vents. East Valleys crew went to the home and spent hours checking the issue in the attic, in the August heat no less, and let us know that the inspector was mistaken and that the vents were free and clear. They even checked other houses in the vicinity to investigate further. Two other companies who refused to enter the attic ("I know what attics look like") proposed a small number of external OHagin vents instead which wouldn't have solved the issue if it existed. East Valley saved us thousands in unnecessary rework where other firms tried to take advantage. Thank you Mike and your crew!"

Alex, our technician did an excellent job and assured us our a/c was properly repaired with some new insulation. We trust Scott and Alex to be professional, on time and affordable. "

"Jose and Saharai, his wife, came to fix my room, but they noticed that there were so many problems on the roof, and better to replace the roof with a new roof cover. He cut the spots that are very wet and left them open. He didn't send me any pictures was supposed to send. He asked for $400 for a deposit and start the job. But when he found out that we had to replace the roof, he asked for $4500 for the deposit for the roof replacement. So he didn't start the work because he wanted the $4500 first to work for $8400 for the full replacement of the roof. And I didn't pay them because I couldn't trust them anymore. So I called him to get my money back after one week, and he said he can't pay me in full because he bought materials for me. I told him that he didn't use the materials for me, and it's not my fault, and he can return the materials and give me my money back in full, but he said I have to wait until Thursday to return the materials and give me my money back. But he didn't call me. I tried to call him, but he wasn't answering, and I texted, but again he didn't answer. So I didn't get my money back, and I had to call another company for my leaking area. "
