"Mr Lobato promptly responded to the initial call for estimate even though it was a holiday,  but called to postponed by a few hours the appointment to make the actual repairs.  As with many service repair people, time management skills are not a strong point. Being retired and at home a lot, this did not bother me, but might prove problematic for busier homeowners on tight schedules.  
But the attitude and demeanor of Mr. Lobato were first rate.  He carefully explained a range of repairs I might make, which allowed me to make an informed decision.  The actual repair took a short time, and the door works just fine.  I am quite happy with his work and will be calling him again.
