"I interviewed several contractors and selected Carlos (Painting Pros owner) since his price was competitive but more importantly, he promised to be on site for the work. This was important since other owners interview well, but they aren't on site taking pride as the owner. Based on my visits during the job, I can confirm that Carlos was on site actually painting. Painting Pros address both interior and exterior. Carlos kept me posted daily of progress and asked for feedback and anything I wanted addressed throughout the project. When I highlighted things I wanted "touched up"or smoothed out, there was no pushback or argument - he just took care of it. He even addressed some drywall damage sourced to my electrician - no questions asked. On that note, excellent customer service and stellar warranty made this the right choice. The only negative is cleanup was a little lacking, but he did give me a discount for the same given his busy work schedule."

"The owner, David Contreras, came to our house and reviewed the project. He took measurements, asked appropriate questions, and within a half hour provided us with a detailed written estimate. He also provided names and photos of his crew members, a list of references we could contact, and legal/insurance information. Once we signed the contract, David worked with us regarding the different brands and types of paint to help guide our decision-making process. A whole house painting project is extremely disruptive. However, the four-man crew arrived on-time every day, did a fabulous job, were helpful and courteous, and quickly took care of any issues. Our crew was Aaron (the foreman), Levi, Charlie, and Miguel; all great guys. And the best part - they started the job on Monday and were done by end-of-day Friday, just as David promised. At the end of the project, David carefully inspected all painted surfaces with a bright light to ensure that everything was perfect. He had the crew touch-up a couple of areas that we hadn't even noticed. They cleaned up completely and left us the extra paint. We have hired numerous contractors since moving to Green Valley and this was our best experience by far."

"Luis Jr and his assistant provided exemplary customer service and proved to be extremely detail oriented. The finished product was positively clean and sharp and no messes of any kind left behind. Items moved to more easily access the eaves and fascia of our roof were returned to their places, and there were no paint spills or trash remaining once the job was completed. Painting preparation prevented any splatters on the windows, doors, or red brick of the home. Once the estimate was received work began within a day and the job completed in three days.
