They scheduled a time to come by, they heard my concerns with the previous company we were using and we developed a plan to make the yard look good. We've been using them for almost two months and super happy with their level of professionalism and work so far. We also had them do a clean up of leaves and weeds to get the place looking nice and the crew they sent out was very courteous and did a fantastic job. "Hyatt does outstanding work. From initial contact with Heather in their office, through project planning with Bill, project coordination managed by Cecil, and final installation overseen by Tony, we couldn't have asked for a better outcome to our project. A family-owned and run business, Hyatt goes the extra mile to make sure all your questions are answered. They provided multiple options to meet our project needs, always sensitive to our budget constraints. On-site installation was fast and professional, with nightly clean-up, tarping of exposed soil to prevent erosion and limit mud during brief periods of rain, and final cleaning that included washing down all dirt and soil leavings from the road in front of our house. Hyatt was also very careful with our neighbors' yards, as our lots are small--they sprayed off cars to remove dust and repaired any minor damage to side-yards while being very careful to stay on our property to the extent possible. Our project included a new 512 sq ft paver patio, installation of a gas line for an outdoor grill, and removal and replacement of old landscaping in both the rear and front yards. During the project we exposed existing sprinkler lines that needed repair and/or re-routing; Hyatt also changed some sprinkler lines to drip to keep the new beds watered with minimal waste. Hyatt coordinated all the necessary subcontractors for our project including tree removal, plumbing, and electric work. Hyatt is fully insured and used subs that were likewise insured. Very professional, very attentive, with excellent on-site project management. We'd hire Hyatt again for any future projects we might have."

"The crew showed up at about 8 AM and began work shortly thereafter. In less than 2.5 hours they were finished and all limbs, etc., were cleaned up. About an hour later a stump removal service (not Davey but a contractor) showed up and went to work on the stumps. He finished in about an hour. He raked the areas and cleaned any mess remaining. Overall, I am pleased with the service! I also contracted Davey to render lawn/shrub spraying/care throughout the rest of the year."

They came back out after the initial application...they spot seeded my yard everywhere it needed it and they also core aerated, seeded and applied fertilizer to a small portion of my neighbor's yard is that comes right up to mine. I paid a little extra to treat that small area of my neighbors lawn between his driveway and my yard (the bermuda had been invading my lawn, so I asked my neighbor if it would be ok if I had Pine Valley treat that small space, and he agreed to that). I had killed around 85% of my fescue lawn because it had been invaded by bermuda). I highly recommend Pine Valley Turf Management. Johnette on the phone is very friendly and pleasant to talk to."
