They scheduled a time to come by, they heard my concerns with the previous company we were using and we developed a plan to make the yard look good. We've been using them for almost two months and super happy with their level of professionalism and work so far. We also had them do a clean up of leaves and weeds to get the place looking nice and the crew they sent out was very courteous and did a fantastic job. "My fescue lawnd had been looking really bad over the summer with various weeds and crabgrass growing in it, and many bare spots where the fescue had just died.  I had asked Nick to come out in October to aerate, seed and fertilize.  Nick showed up on time and even called me ahead to let me know he was on his way.  When he arrived, he explained to me exactly what he was going to be doing, and made a few other suggestions to improve the appearance of my lawn.  He also explained to me how many times I should be watering each day with the new seed out.  On that day, he aerated, seeded, and laid down some starter fertilizer.  Within a week, the new grass was sprouting, and my existing fescue was much greener.   Nick stopped back by about a week later to see how the yard looked and if I was happy with his work.  I was extremely satisfied.  Nick was courteous, professional, and spent time with me to make sure I understood a fescue lawn and some of the maintenance requirements needed for it.
