"After Hurricane Helene the pressed board siding around our fireplace chimney was in bad shape. Adding to that was the fact the roofers who replaced our roof afterwards did not install proper flashing on our garage (which contacts the chimney) and it exacerbated the situation. Pressed board was peeling away from the structure, warped, and expanded from water intrusion and a number of areas. We wanted to replace the entire exterior of the chimney with Hardie Board and have any of the water damaged under layers replaced with OSB and have the entire structure wrapped. We received a number of competitive estimates, but the estimate from Umbrella was by far the lowest and included more work than the others. The owner, Eduardo, is knowledgeable, experienced, and very professional. He assured us that he could have all of the work done to proper standard and completed within 48 hours. "The estimator returned my phone call that same day and came right on time.  When the painters arrived, the head painter, Albert Jr., soon realized that the floors, being bamboo, would be an issue in terms of holding the paint.  He went to two or three paint stores to find exactly the right primer that was needed.  The team could not have been nicer and more professional.  They did a great job, and really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the job.  They moved furniture (including a heavy sectional sofa), and came back after the job was complete to move it back.  They were very responsive with returning phone calls-- even came back to apply a second coat of paint to the floors, and I would absolutely recommend them highly.  My thanks to the team for their excellent work!

"Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"I can't say enough good things about the people who worked on our home. From my first contact with Corey, I had a good feeling about this organization. We had some pretty extensive tree and water damage. Saúl and his crew replaced all the damaged siding, fascia, etc., and the door into our crawlspace (a non-standard size that required a lot of extra effort to ensure that it sealed correctly). We live in a brick house with a small amount of siding. They painted the exterior siding, trim, shutters, gutters, and downspouts, re-screened our large back porch, and stained part of our deck. They did a good job fixing the hole and used an extra shingle that we had on hand. Our roof had been replaced in 2011. I was told to call them if the repair caused us any problem in the future.
