"We had an issue with the AC unit in our crawl which caused a mold condition. Mold spores were circulating throughout or home unbeknownst to us at the time. The condition was found after an extensive search given that our daughter experienced sever symptoms that no other family member experienced. Our daughter was diagnosed with a CIRS condition which made her more prone to mold amounts that others would not normally be sensitive to. We had 2 contractors replace our AC unit and crawl ducts followed by a full encapsulation. We then requested 4 quotes to remediate the dead spores from our 2 level home. Job took a few weeks to schedule. The crew arrived promptly on the appointment day. The job took 3 days to complete with large scrubbers running 24/7.
