I had previously went through my home warranty people and the guy only spent less than fifteen minutes accessing "fixing" the problem. Gavin was here for about an hour. 10/10 recommend this place."

The bottom fix was called "band aid" which was all that was needed for a 4 year old toilet. it was a bit pricey at $248. Seemed to be a manipulative marketing system to get as much money as they could out of you. So be wary of the hard sell, or should I say over sell."
