"2014 they came right away took measurements & gave recommends and then sent us a contract thru email. All done very promptly. Removed & reset both front gates, hung gates, removed & replaced 10' of chain mesh & slats, straightened line post & repaired bottom rail, straightened 18 posts & added concrete, replaced 12' of top, repair & replace done on rusted out gate. Excellent work. They were so good we used them again - said I needed them asap & they said they'd try to get to me same day but might be tomorrow - they came same day. I'll be using them again to close up the fence when all the backyard work is finished."

"We used this company years ago for a beautiful cedar fence and it was a wonderful experience then. So we decided after moving we would use him again. Rick from Long Lumber was as good as he was 10 yrs prior. Rick has an amazing eye with his attention to detail in his design & using quality materials. I told him what I had in mind and he made it happen. He took the time to explore a way to get me a 10 foot wide custom arched vinyl gate, a beautiful arbor and panels. Our home is a simple, builders grade home even though we paid for "custom" but nothing is custom except for high prices set differently for every person in Ted Cillis III development. Anyway, the fence arrived on the date he said it would, it was designed the way I was envisioning, and installed by Ken from New Scotland Fence, who Rick recommended. Everything came together beautifully. We enjoy the visual statement it makes, the functionality with privacy and security. If you want someone that will offer fair pricing for quality materials Long Lumber is the way to go. <br />"

"The crew arrived early in the morning as scheduled. They scoped out the property to decide how best to get the truck in position in relation to the power lines. They put plywood down on the lawn to protect it. The crew was very efficient and thorough taking the box elder down, removing the stump and cleaning up the area."

"After getting a few estimates from other vendors it was a pleasant surprise that Haley Bros. while not inexpensive, was competitvely but fairly priced. From the first time I called the service was extremely friendly. Jim showed up on time to measure where we wanted the work and answered all our questions and provided information. When we decided to move forward, we were told it would be a few weeks when the fencing would be ready and sure enough a few weeks later we were contacted to set-up an installation date. Since we weren't going to be home, we were a little nervous that we wouldn't be there to answer any questions. When we got home from work the day of the installation we were so happy!!! The privacy vinyl fencing and the chain link fencing and gates all looked wonderful. We could tell immediately that their work was high quality and were so happy!! There was a little adjustment that needed to be made with the chain link, but all it took was one call and they were out there the next day and took care of it. I also asked about placing a lock on the privacy fencing so we could lock it from inside of the yard since there wasn't a locking mechanism. Within a day they were there and placed something so we can get that done. Never a hesitation, they just came over and took care of it. In this day and age it's very hard to find a company that strives and prides itself on not only providing friendly customer service but doing high quality work. Despite me changing my mind a few times of what I wanted to do Jessica was a pleasure to speak to and how often do you get the kind of customer service where someone actually sounds like they are happy to talk to you? Oh and I also have to mention the cherry on top of the sundae? Is when we received a handwritten thank you card thanking us for our business and offering a discount on any future business. Haley Bros. is the definition of customer service excellence and would not hestiate to do business with them again. "Amril was very responsive, I had him come to my house before purchasing the 'Handyman for a Day' deal, to see if the tasks I had in mind could be done within the 8 hours. We determined it could be done by 2 men in 4 hours due to the weight and size of door to be installed and the second story work from a ladder. Purchased the deal and we agreed that he would do the work once I had the materials on hand. I purchased the door, had to be ordered and took 2 weeks to arrive. Meanwhile, I also purchased a strip of siding and J-channel to have on hand for repairs and the caulk. Admir supplied the fasteners needed for the siding repairs.Once the door arrived, we arranged to do the work on my next day off. In the meantime, I had sent him the installation instructions to review prior to doing the job. Admir and his helper arrived on time and started right in on the work. Completed the storm door replacement in about an hour. Then the siding repairs. No more siding flapping in the wind! also replaced some cracked trim pieces. Caulked most of my windows, and we agreed I could finish up on my own after purchasing more caulk. The storm door looks good, however there were a couple of details that could have been completed better. Although I had sent him installation instructions and had a copy on hand, he did not really pay much attention to them. So the door is in, but a couple of parts were not installed, leaving some gaps at the bottom of door frame I had not read instructions either - just skimmed thru them, assuming he was the professional and would do it right. I will be able to do something about the gap, however. Siding repair was done well considering the way it was installed nearly 25 years ago. Before he left. I discussed a new deal his company is offering on Angie's List for some masonry work. I will definitely consider Ado Construction for future work, but I will pay more attention to detail before and during the work."
