"Bob went straight to the point and had a pricing structure that made sense to me and was clear. 1 other contractor would bill me per worker per day plus materials and could not tell me how long it would take making it impossible for me to know what the project would cost me. Another would bill me a lump sum with no breakdown so no clarity on what I would be paying for. A cost per installed slate was right in between and transparent. Bob and team arrived on time, completed the work promptly, shared pictures of the damaged slate tiles to be replaced, installed new rubber boots around all pipes, and cleaned up the work area. It rained shortly after and there were no more leaks if the attic area where I spotted them before. So far, so good and only have good things to say. Should there be new developments regarding this project, I will make sure to update those review. As of now, I would recommend Bob and his team for this type of project."

I've been doing this since 2000, and have a wide range of expertise from detailed cabinetry to massive historic Victorian exteriors. Depending on size/scope of each project I determine whether to work alone, but also have an extensive network of professionals in a variety of trades that I bring in. These include painters of course, but also carpenters, builders, woodworkers, electricians, plumbers, etc. I am punctual, honest, and very respectful. Cleanliness is important to any interior/exterior project, and pride myself in knowing that is always top of mind. Whether it's a project suited just for me, or a crew I assemble, you can expect professional, and courteous people that enjoy what they do.
