"My wife and I were interested in getting new garage doors (wood-look metal) and contacted Mastercraft a company that we had used before. Nigel came to our home and brought brochures showing samples of various garage doors. He took measurements of the garage bays, fully explained the pros and cons of various door types, construction, etc. and recommended that we go to a local manufacturer to view samples. Ultimately, after reviewing some samples and deciding which door type we wanted we contacted Nigel and he provided us with a written estimate and an approximate date that the installation could occur.
