Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."

"Everything went super well. Al and 3 of his assistants uninstalled a failed solar water heater and installed a new water heater. He and his assistants removed the old, outdated solar panel from the roof and repaired all holes in the wall left from the old solar water heater. He upgraded the new one at no charge and charged even less than the estimate when he got it cheaper. Next he installed a brand new, professional quality garbage disposal to replace one poorly installed from a different company that had failed after only a couple years. He and his assistants were very friendly, very comfortable to have in the home with us and our 3 dogs, and they were very proficient and detailed in the service. He quoted us several different options. He never tried to sway us one way or the other. No relentless pressure sales and answered all our questions. Ken does excellent work. He answered all our questions even those that were not pertaining to our water heater. He put the water heater in a pan with a drip line so that we can see if it starts leaking. He was quick, neat, and very courteous. We’ve had other plumbers in our home, and Ken has been the best.
