"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

The closet with hung correctly on studs and not drywall (like the previous work from another person) so the closet will be secure. He also ensured it was level and did a great job painting afterwards. Additionally, he finished ahead of schedule."

"They did a great job cleaning all the tile and stone for the coupon price of $99 and offered to apply a seal for $50 more. My experience with stone and tile sealer is that it enhances the look of the stone and the colors pop but this didn't happen with this sealer so a little disappointed in that as the first time my stone was sealed it really came out beautifully.  I'll probably buy some stone sealer at Home Depot or Lowe's and apply it myself.  I recommend the tile cleaning offered but wouldn't opt to get it sealed again.
