We collected many estimates and they were wide ranging in scope and price to say the least. Trent, although not the lowest, told us exactly what we needed, was very knowledgeable about the business and didn’t try to sell us on extra work we didn’t need which several did. He did most of the work himself or was there for all of it. I also liked the fact that his name is on the business and he did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. "Very well. I dealt directly with Steven, the owner. He was always timely and always did what he said. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job. I would definitely use him again."

"Vargas is great- definitely recommend! Mr Vargas’ company has done several projects at my house. The first was a major clean up when I bought this place . The yard had all kinds of overgrown trees etc and I was feeling overwhelmed but he is an artist- Mr Vargas had his crew shape up everything and did more than I had even thought of. His prices are always better than other companies that give me estimates- like on an underground drain that has worked great to dry up this soppy yard. I always call Vargas now."

"I have rebar holding up all of the rock around myvflower beds. I had these guys aerate my yard and they did a great job. The reason I gave them a C is because they make appointments then don't show up. They know what they are doing if you can pin them down. I wasted an entire day waiting and messaging with them back and forth so they COULD have let me know they wouldn't be here . This is the second or third time this has happened. I messaged them after 4 and asked if they weren't coming but I got no response. The irony of this is that someone from consumer satisfaction called earlier today and I bragged at the job they had done. Guess I will be back on there looking for somrone. I fall often and really need this fixed otherwise I can see myself as a human kabob."

He also fixed some issues with our sprinkler system, installed landscape lighting, replaced Bermuda sod and removed old wooden fencing in a very timely fashion.
