"Howard was outstanding! He came and removed my old toilet and replaced with new one. He was kind enough to pick it up for me at Lowes. Got an appointment with no problem and scheduled repair day. Howard was on time and finished in no time. Price was very reasonable, he picked up all trash left over, very professional and knowledgeable, answered all questions and was very careful not to track any debris up the stairs. I highly recommend his company and plan on him doing more projects around the house."

"I hired him back on May 22, 2020. Really nice person. My toilets, sink, and tub kept getting stopped up n he said he could fix it but I was working from home and could not answer the door so I told him we can schedule a day I am off but he said he could fix from outside so I said ok. By the time he was done, I was on break and at that time I could not really tell if it worked but he said if I have any issues he will come back and take care of it and I have a warranty as well. Well, I tried contacting him to come back because I did not see a difference in anything so I wanted him to come to check it on the inside of the house. I tried setting up a date for him to come from June to August 30th telling him that he can come anytime my husband will be home but he said he will contact me or try and fit me in and still nothing. At this point October 27th I just hired someone else and lost out on 300.00. Just disappointed bc I did try work with him but it cost me in the end."

"My appointment was at 12:00 noon and Heather their receptionist called me at 11:00A.M. to let me know they had a plumbing emergency with the appointment before mine. I told her i completely understood and she kept me informed every 30 minutes. The plumbers arrived 5 minutes after she called to tell me they were on the way. As soon as they got here they diagnosed the problem with my outdoor faucet that was leaking a lot and gave me a quote. It was a very fair price so i told them to change out my other two faucets because all of them were old. When they gave me the invoice for all 3 faucets it was the same price they had quoted for just the one faucet i had called them about. I cannot recall any company ever treating me so well and fairly. It was way more than fair! The company was great on every level from Heather keeping me updated and the work the plumbers did to their total charge for the work they did! I will refer them to anyone i know who needs plumbing services! Happy customer!"

I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."
