We had 2 roof estimators come out from USAA and both claimed no recent hail damage even though we had pictures of the hail . Then Paul Stoural asked USAA for a civil engineer to come out and look at roof. USAA said civil engineer said no need for roof. Then Mr. Stoural said we might consider talking to retention department at USAA since we have been with them over 20 years. My husband did that and within the week USAA had approved the new roof. We had given USAA pictures of the golf ball size hail and they didn't care. The owner of Marathon, Paul Stoural, has been in business for over 17 years in Bellevue. His workers all did a good job of sweeping up at the end of the day since I was concerned with nails getting in my car tires. We also got new gutters on entire house. A great roofing company and wonderful people to work with. They had put on the vinyl siding too and it looks great too!"
