"If you are looking for a sturdy well-built deck, Accessoryâ s crew did a good job. They were hardworking, knowledgeable and punctual. They cleaned up the site and hauled off the old lumber too. The initial plan was to repair our old deck, so they carefully deconstructed areas on it for an assessment. It became obvious it needed a complete teardown and rebuild though. The owner, Juan, took me through the reasons why it failed, pointing out the lack of cross supports, etc. He was thorough in explaining how the new deck would be supported, where the posts would be placed, and how the new stairs would be built. He listened to my concerns and was open to adjustments. It may be that I have a high bar but I canâ t give 5 stars; more like 4.25 stars because during the initial discussions with Juan, I was given the impression that I could expect â finish-out carpentryâ type of detail and there were areas that werenâ t quite square or didnâ t line up perfectly. But all in all, I got a great looking deck and Iâ m pleased."

"He did an awesome job in not so awesome circumstances. At the time of install the electricity had gone out due to a down transformer. He could have said he couldn’t do it but he didn’t. He stayed used a light on his head and finished the job in the dark. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and did what he had to, to get the job done!
