"I called Donny on Thursday afternoon and explained the problem. He said he could fit me in on Friday. Since I knew he was squeezing me in there was no time set. Donny called me and gave me 45 minutes notice that he was available. He arrived promptly, inspected the problem and went to work. His original estimate was $400 and it was completed for $333. He was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained anything I asked about and offered suggestions on some of my other projects. He never tried to sell me any additional services. I would definitely call Donny again for any plumbing needs."

"Bryan and the Watermark Plumbing team are amazing! We have used this company several times for various plumbing issues. Some were small (leaking tub faucet, water heater replacement), and some were more complicated (possible slab leak). Bryan has helped in two of our issues, and he is amazing! Every time, he is professional, polite, and explains plumbing issues for the plumbing ignorant home owner. He has saved us thousands of dollars by providing an honest opinion when other companies have told us we need huge plumbing jobs immediately. Bryan is a true professional, knows a ridiculous amount about plumbing, and is very clear about repairs and repair costs. And, Bryan is a dog person, so that always is a plus in my book! We have a Doberman who is crated when anyone is here to do work or repairs, and I have had other professionals too afraid to come into the house, or make very unprofessional comments about my dog. We always tell the company that we have a dog in case the person they dispatch to our home has allergies or is not a fan of big dogs. Our Doberman is not overly friendly to strangers, but he knew Bryan was cool! The customer service team at Watermark is always available to help, and they schedule your visit at your convenience. You even receive a photo of the person who will do the work, and a short biography. I will not search for other plumbers to work on our home. I will always call Watermark and ask if Bryan is available to help. Bryan at Watermark is the best!"

"Bob arrived on time.  The job was going to be a 2-day job (not the quick 2-3 hr. same day that some other companies do). Cleaned the bathtub and said that we did not need to refinish because the tub was in such good condition. He said that he could go ahead and refinish if that is what we wanted but if it were in his house he would not refinish at this time.  He also said if we change our mind and decide to refinish he would come back and deduct the amount paid from the total cost.  He told me that the charge for today was $35.  He drove all the way from Lewisville.  I told him that would not even pay for the gas for the round trip and I paid him more.  How often do you come across a contractor/service repair technician that honest and forthright.  He was very professional and friendly.  If you need your tub refinished, do not bother checking around, just call this company.  You will not be disappointed. <br />"

JENN R DOES THE ESTIMATE, THEN JENN F PROVIDES 3 HOURS OF DESIGN ASSISTANCE.
