"Tyler came in and immediately said the fly issue wasn't from a broken or separated pipe under the slab. He checked the bottom of the toilet and found a small leak. Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great. I highly recommend Mother Modern Plumbing. They are at the top of our list for any future needs."

"I had a bad brass cartridge for my Roman tub, called another company off a recommendation. The guy comes out with just an iPad and shoe covers. Never looked into the actual problem, just told me they would need to go in through the wall to address my issue. I was quoted 1,800 just for that not including the write up didn’t even have them piping their work into my actual water line. Needless to say I started looking for another plumber. He came by investigated the issue to make sure it was just the cartridge and had me ready to go in no time. "Came the day after I called him. Found my problem almost immediately. Not as bad as I feared. Fixed it so fast didn't realize he was done until he was taking his tools back out to the truck. "Excellent job by all I worked with. My wife even commented how every one from the dig crew to plumber we are very nice. I have building experience but it was nice that the first service tech walked me through the issues and even let me view everything he was viewing. Gave me three solutions and good/bad of each. When it comes to the actual work it was done exactly as discussed. No surprises and no hidden charges.
