He was able to start the project very soon after we agreed on the price. I believe the price was fair and reasonable. I do not have a lot of other prices to compare it to, but I will gladly pay a little more for a quality job without any hassle. Rich finished the job promptly, did exactly what he told me he would do, and the quality of the work was excellent. He also cleaned up on at the end of each day. I will hire RAP again."
