I explained to him that I had a damaged shingle that needed to it fixed or repaired. I also wanted the roof inspected for other damage. Jake stated that he would get his latter a get started. When he came back to the door he the shingle could be repaired. He also stated that there was no additional damage to the roof. Let me know that he could replace the missing shingles but that he also needed to seal some areas of the roof. He came over a few days later, replaced the shingles, sealed the areas. He had taken pictures so I could see before what needed to be done and after what he had done. It was great to be able to see both sets of pictures. He was great, polite and very professional.
