Surprisingly, they had a schedule change and we were asked if they could arrive early! The two techs arrived right on time and explained how they would inspect our ducts and then recommend any additonal service. Post inspection, they showed me pictures of our ducts, and luckily, no further work was necessary. They did spend additional time with me explaining how I can add filters to my returns and recommended that we reinspect in 2 years.
