"We hired Carl a few years ago to build a patio cover over our concrete slab in the backyard, and he did great, timely work at a very reasonable price. We were so happy with his work that we came back this year to get the patio screened-in. He continued to follow-up with us (despite our late replies), and then once the contract was signed, his team was out and building our screen within 2 weeks. They were even able to accommodate our custom dog door in the patio. Again, great quality work - would definitely recommend!"

"They havent resolved my issues yet. Still working on fixing the leak. they didnt send a very experienced installer so they had to come out several times. They didnt build it to code and the sub contractors they used were not fully qualified to do the job. The screen door is not installed correctly and I am still waiting for them to resolve this."

"Overall I was happy with the job - I was selling my house and just didn't have time to do all the extra little things so I called in some help here. They were quick with scheduling and flexible with the job in the case I had any other tasks in the two hour period. 
The Handyman took care of it well, and the Scheduler was pretty well versed in telling me what supplies he'd need. However, I think he would have preferred a different type of caulking, because he had some trouble with the kind I had being a bit more sticky than he was used to. He ended up getting it done fine, but it could have gone a little more smoothly for him and cleanly for me if he had the caulking he preferred. However, he could also have used some painters tape to make it a little easier/less messy - but every person has their own way of doing things I suppose. 
I'd use them again, but I think I would insist on just having a five minute call with the actual handy man before the job to see if there were any particular materials, tools, or brands of materials he'd prefer to use. The Scheduler is knowledgeable, but like I said - every person has their own way of doing things and types of tools they do better with - especially if the job is cosmetic (like caulking).

"We had an excellent experience with Roland and Castillo Construction. Our enclosed patio had rotten boards and old windows and needed to be completely redone. The bid was very reasonable, and Roland made a number of suggestions that improved on our ideas for the project, like using a sliding glass door instead of swinging doors. The work was done in a timely manner, and all the crews did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Roland is very attentive to the details, communicates well, and is easy to get along with. We highly recommend them and will use them again!"

"We had the LET Group do a multifaceted remodel and construction effort on our home: remodeled the existing garage to a game room, added a bathroom, remodeled/moved the laundry room, remodeled the kitchen and main bathroom and built a new stand-alone garage with workshop. As other reviewers have noted, the LET Builder Project Manager, Luis Taipe, is fantastic. As all construction projects go, there were schedule problems and infrequent worker issues, but the key to a good project is how well these issues are managed and Luis is extremely professional and handled all issues efficiently and effectively. As other's have noted, Luis actually identified issues that my wife and I would have not noticed or ignored and had them corrected to his satisfaction first which was often more stringent than we would have requested. We struggled at the start of this project to find a good contractor and actually delayed the project several times because we were not comfortable with either the potential contractors or their proposals. This changed when we met Luis and listened to his absolute professional observations and recommendations during the initial project assessment and proposal process. His proposals were detailed and he was responsive to changes. Yes, there were several contract changes, but we were aware of them (no surprises) and were part of the process in developing the contract changes. This was a very big step for my wife and I and it was a major project ---- could not be more satisfied with the results and have already passed on recommendations to neighbors. Would recommend LET Builders to anyone with Luis as the Project Manager. Luis is personable, professional, and extremely responsive --- met his family as well and it is a very nice package to have worked with."
