My door installation is not exactly "textbook" due to space limitations in my garage, so it took some tinkering to get it working properly. After he left, I  noticed that adjustments the technician made had caused the center track to become misaligned.  I called the company and they immediately patched me through to the technician who said he would return later in the day.  A couple hours later, he returned as promised and made additional adjustments and the door is now working as it should. <br />"

"first ordered new overhead garage door insulated. wrong door was brought when installers came. Had to have correct door reordered took another month for door to come in and to be installed. Had some issues with the opener. but called lowes and the installer proptly came out and fix my issues. <br /> My latest purchase has been for 5 doors ( 2 screen doors, 2 entry doors, 1 inside entry door) Was going to have lowes install so someone came out and did the measurments. I then found someone who would do the install for a little less so just ended up ordering the doors. just picked them up last week so havent installed yet. I am hopefull that they fit. <br /> I will more than likely purchase from Lowes in the future. <br />"

After trying to adjust the eye and cleaning the lense, it still did not resolve the problem. Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids came over and rewired the system. A few days later we had the same problem with the door. This time Overhead Door came out right away and replaced the eye unit. There was a charge for coming out the first time but not for the second time; just a charge for the electric eye unit. <br /> I have used Overhead Door Company of Cedar Rapids before. They are always punctual, professional, and reasonably priced. <br />"
