He brought supplies out to my house and took a personal check, with an intown address, from my soon to be wife, of full amount and cashed it first, then unloaded supplies I purchased. When unloading supplies he did not cover to protect. Said the project should take two to three days to complete. on Feb. 23, 2026. Today is Mar 24, 2026, has not been back since two days after start date after 811 came out to check for lines. I have tried to call, leave messages, email, and have sent him a certified letter for a response. Work not completed, has not even started. Please do not pay until completion of work. Poor communication, not reliable, does not understand scope of work, or process of completion. Attached photo of him or his helper. Please do not use for any scope of work. "

"The job was a bit expensive, but it's not a small house, though a neighbor is getting their house done by someone else for $1000 less. The house and trim look good, until you get really close. House color on trim edges that should be a different color. All over spray wasn't cleaned up well, no masking was done. Lots of paint on the driveway, in the grass and on the upper deck. Areas in the yard where brushes and equipment were cleaned, or where paint was spilled are now dead, I will have to reseed those areas when it gets cooler. For the most part we are satisfied, but attention to detail was lacking."

"Stay away from this bunch !!! This group has done business as C1 Construction, CW Construction and other names with Charles "Chuck" Wynne being behind it. They contracted to build a new house and part way through decided to raise the price. When we said no Chuck walked off the job. Notice they're not an Angi certified pro? He's conned multiple people and has a date with the Oklahoma criminal court system. Something to be aware of with this and other contractors - You have to check what they actually have if they claim to be "Bonded and Insured". In Oklahoma that means they're insured for accidents by their employees and bonded to pay Oklahoma fines for building violations. It doesn't protect customers at all."
