Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "We decided to use Home Pro to replace the roof of our Schoolhouse in Spencerville, IN. This old building still had its original slate roof since 1898. It was a huge undertaking as the leaks were starting to do damage to the inside second floor areas. We were so happy with the products this company offers, the professionalism of the crews, the competitive prices and the clean up afterwards. We did have a lot of rain this summer that put our project back a bit further than we were hoping. There's just one section that didn't get shingles, but apparently, it's not supposed to because its a "California draft" metal section. Weird. But now its DONE and BEAUTIFUL!
