We had him build a border wall with large retaining wall blocks as well as re-sod damaged grass due to very active puppies. The border had to match the fire pit color blend built 5 years ago. He took the time to find the correct, exact match for the color scheme as it was not designated on our old receipt from the previous contractor. The wall/border looks great. The sod looks great (nice and level). He is honest, does not try to "put on the sale" and most importantly does great work for a reasonable price! They corrected drainage on three sides of an addition so water flows away from the house instead of into the crawlspace; replaced 30 feet of exit pipe from the perimeter drain around the foundation of the addition; installed new sod; and removed weeds from landscaped rock areas in the front yard. The improvements look great. Shortly afterwards, I engaged an inspector to check the foundation. The inspector said he visits about 400 houses each year, and this drainage remediation is among the best he’s seen."
