Jeremy was there that same day and cut down the rest of the tree which was in danger of collapsing any minute. It was all cleaned up that day and the wood was removed the very next day. "Great experience. Paul did estimate back in the fall. Provided insurance cert upon request. We waited a while to do the work but he still honored the estimate in Feb. Work was done by 4 gentlemen--all of whom were very professional. One used cherry-picker; others climbed or worked from ground level. Work took all day on day 1 [they worked until it snowed] and needed to finish up on day 2. Cleaned up after themselves. Trees look great. Will have Donovan back in spring to do some treatments on a few trees."
