"I hired Jacob last year, he was outstanding. This year I called on a Thursday, I was snowed in. He said he'd be there that day but never came. I called Friday, he promised to come out. Never came. Been trying to reach him for 48 hours and just get his voice mail (but box is full can't leave a message). He's not taking my calls and hasn't called me back to let me know if there's a problem. They did exceptional work for me the entire last winter and were swift and expedient, but this year, they're just no showing on two appointments and not returning calls.
