"We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We have a small house in Romeo that was built in the late 1800s. Our basement was in bad shape. All of the beams and support poles were wood and the majority of them were either sagging or cracking. We had one contractor tell us that no one was going to want the repair work, another basement repair contractor said that it was way beyond their capabilities and a different one came in and whipped up a $20k estimate within an hour and got pushy when we didn’t want to hand over a deposit. We just had the local building inspector come out for the final walk-through and he was thoroughly impressed with the finished work. "Great experience-start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about working with this company. Russell made sure I understand exactly what was happening with our foundation, exactly what him and his crew were going to do, and how much it would cost. Zero pressure to hire them - just an explanation of what was happening and how it could be fixed. Sometimes construction was delayed, we started much later than I had planned…and it took longer than expected - BUT I would hire them 100x over. There is no other company I would trust with my foundation. Period. His crew worked in the pouring rain, cleaned up at the end of the day - (meaning they swept the street in front of my house) and protected my grass during construction. I would challenge ANYone to come over and guess where they dug. (8ft+trench) The crew even preserved some trinkets for my girls when they dug in their fairy garden♥️. Since it was actively leaking, he stopped the leak with hydraulic cement, injected polyurethane into the crack, then sealed the surface with epoxy. It's now a month, and no hint of moisture. "The guy needed to go around the whole basement to do the evaluation. He wanted me to take out all of the heating vents, which would cost me $500. I also have a pantry with extensive shelving that he needed removed. He also wanted me to remove 4 concrete steps. None of the other companies required this. I would have had to spend nearly $1000 dollars to just have this preliminary work done."

"Crew was professional. Other than lunch, worked non stop. Breaking up concrete creates dust but the workmen put down drop cloths and cleaned up the work site after the job was completed. Viewing the work, it looks good. They repaired a 53 ft section of my basement. The test will be in the Spring when it rains but I am confident the problem has been fixed. This company has very good customer reviews and that is what I was looking for."
