"First they did not show up for appointment. I rescheduled, the guy removed old broken caulk around my exterior doors. There were some large gaps and he did not know what to do. He tried spray foam and tried to caulk over it. the foam reacted and bubbled out of the holes. He did not think to call his boss first and when he did the boss only wanted him to get it done and did not offer any solutions. The guy left and never came back."

I?ve attempted to call several times, but the calls go straight to voicemail, which is full and does not allow messages. I have not received any communication regarding a delay or cancellation. I obtained this company?s contact information through Angie?s List, but due to this experience and the lack of reliability, I will no longer be using that service.
