"Jim and partner Don, and their crew did a fantastic, professional job.  From the detailed estimate to the finished product, they were prompt and kept us informed of when they would be working, when any problems or changes needed to be discussed, and even detected and fixed very inexpensively a structural problem with our deck.  They redesigned our stairs off our deck to provide access to both the yard and the area below the deck.  It is very functional and solid. No problems at all.  They also built and installed two gates on the stairs to keep our dog corralled.  We looked into others for this work and found them to be reasonably priced and highly recommended.  They even took us to another job site to show us the quality of their work.  Jim is truly a quality professional and individual and has provided other advise about some home issues.  If you call him, you will be very impressed and happy you did.  I highly recommend him.

They worked safely and were in harnesses whenever they were on my metal roof. They braced the roof from the inside to bear the weight of the panels, and they cleaned up each evening.
Mr Jones provided all the supporting documentation to apply for tax credits for the systems, and there were no surprises or hidden charges. His charges are competitive with other bidders, and he runs a quality business.

This included a complete removal of old shingles, repairs to decking in multiple areas, installing new drip rail all the way around, new roof vents and painting of vent pipes.  The color for shingles were exactly what I requested. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
