When I received his invoice, he charged me for the recessed lights that *I* had already purchased and then I had to prove myself by showing him the receipt. He charged me 2x the Home Depot price for Romex (which I had 100 feet of in my garage, ready to go). He put in dimmer switches that didn't match the coloring of my house project (old switches were almond, new switches should have been white) and then indicated he thought I wanted almond color since those were in other places (so were the white!). He should have asked what color I wanted, but didn't and then didn't offer to replace them. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, I'd not hire him again."

When it was ready, Jonathan came out within a few days and installed the frame, door and moldings in one day. He also replaced the alarm sensor, made sure proper flashing was installed and took the old door away. He answered all questions that we had. "Did not follow directions, failed to make bathroom handicapped accessible, failed to complete work as outlined, yelled and argued about customer’s complaints, thought if he could out talk me he won argument. Put bathroom door in to swing inside bathroom, did not remove closet, did not move sink over to make room for wheelchair, did not install washer and dryer hook up, did not install a handicapped height toilet, did not remove wall to join two bedrooms in to one. Did not remove old cast iron pipe in wall as directed, did not replace wiring under tub in basement. Was unable to move handicapped owner back in to his home."

Bob was back within the hour and the stump is gone and the hole filled in. Bob and his crew are polite, friendly and great at what they do.
